The 2024 model year ushered in a large VW Atlas redesign for this three-row SUV. As a result, the differences between it and the 2025 version are subtler. For the 2024 Atlas, Avocado Green and Pure Grey were only available on the Peak Edition trims. This year, they are more prominently featured across the lineup. Mountain Lake Blue also joins your list of potential paint colors.
Otherwise, you will be greeted by the same wide chrome four-bar grille and 900D-lumen LED headlights as last year, with the Peak Edition offering a unique front fascia with X-shaped styling and two chrome strips over the otherwise black grille. A large panoramic sunroof will add to the natural ambiance of some of this SUV's trims as well.

However, the driver's seat is now 10-way instead of eight-way adjustable, as it was for 2024, and there is an upgraded wireless charging system. Light Assist is also newly standard.

This is very similar, but not identical, to the 2024 lineup, which featured two Peak Editions: Peak Edition SE with Technology and Peak Edition SEL.

The new-for-2024 powertrains also carry over to the 2025 model year, as do many of the other specs. You'll be thrilled by this crossover's turbocharged performance. The cabin holds 154 cubic feet of passenger volume, with particularly notable legroom in this crossover's third row.
