Five years of service is included when you purchase a new Volkswagen vehicle. If you suffer a breakdown, theft, or an accident, our emergency service specialists will send help to your location using your Safe & Secure system. Access more features on your myVW mobile app or the Car-Net button in your Volkswagen.

• Automatic Crash Notifications: If your airbags deploy, you will be contacted and asked if you require further assistance.
• Information Assistance: Need help finding a gas station, directions, or a place to eat? Our agents will do the searching while you keep your eyes on the road.
• Anti-theft Alerts: Did somebody set off your car alarm while you were at work? Receive a notification on your smartphone, no matter where you are located.
• SOS Button: When stranded on the side of the highway, just hit your green SOS button on the overhead console, and we will be on our way.
• Road Awareness Alerts: Using our network of contacts, receive an alert on your driver information center when we see an emergency or disabled vehicle up ahead.
• Vehicle H.E.L.P.: Your ride will send out a signal to other Volkswagen rides on the network if it experiences a crash or mechanical failure.
• Stolen Vehicle Locator: Recover your car or SUV if it’s stolen by working with law enforcement to locate and recover it based on its location signal.
