Dealership sold me a 2021 Chevrolet on 12/20/2024. On January 6, 2025 I discovered it needs a transmission. The part has been on back order for two months with no ETA provided. No one seems to care about my situation. Buyers beware!

I recommend Kyle Davis in the service department. I took our 2023 Volkswagen Taos in for a gasket replacement. The repair was covered under the warranty. Kyle sent us home in a Lyft because no loaners were available but later that day he found a loaner car and helped out my family tremendously because I had to go out of town. I appreciate how he looked out for our needs and explained everything that was happening with the car (even advising that they were closing early because of snow).
