Please join us in congratulating Scott Johnson as the new vice president overseeing Jim Ellis Automotive’s Genesis, Hyundai, Kia, and Volkswagen dealerships. During a recent restructuring and round of promotions, former Volkswagen of Kennesaw VP Rodney Woods was moved to oversee a different group of Jim Ellis dealerships. Michael McGregor will continue to serve as general manager at Volkswagen of Kennesaw under the leadership of Scott Johnson.
 

Scott has been with the Jim Ellis Automotive Group for 13 years. After starting in sales, he worked his way up as a finance manager, pre-owned manager, and has also served as general manager of Jim Volkswagen of Chamblee, Jim Ellis Hyundai, and Genesis of Atlanta. 
 

Scott’s first job was detailing cars at a used car dealership in Orlando. After attending the University of Central Florida, he spent a few years working in real estate and wholesale mortgage lending before joining the Jim Ellis Automotive Group, looking for the opportunity to excel in a performance-based industry. When not working, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife and their twins at the lake.
